Excel 2010 Save As Window

Introduction:

Purpose:

The Save As Window allows users to select how and where they want to save an Excel Workbook.

How to Access:

The Save As Window can be accessed in the following ways:

1.   Save command

a.       Open the File Menu

b.      Select Save

2.   Save As command

a.       Open the File Menu

b.      Select Save

The Save command will only open the Save As Window when the user saves the Excel Workbook for the first time or if the Excel Workbook is read-only.
